What we collect

When you create an account, place an order, submit an enquiry, or book an appointment, we collect the information you give us — typically your name, email address, phone number, and, for deliveries or invoicing, a physical or postal address. Orders are paid by EFT (bank transfer) directly to our own bank account — we don't process card payments or store your banking details.

How we use it

We use your information to process orders and payments, communicate with you about your order, build, or enquiry, and to run your account (including features like My Garage and your Wanted List). We don't sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

Cookies

We use essential cookies only — to keep you logged in and to remember what's in your cart. We don't run advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Your rights

Under South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to what we're legally required to keep, such as invoicing records). Get in touch via the Help page to make a request.
